Karla is originally from Irapuato, Mexico, and has called Playa del Carmen home for the past 12 years. Craig is originally from Texas and has lived in Mexico for over 20 years. Together they run At Home Riviera Maya — we hope you love this place as much as we do, and we're just a message away if you need anything during your stay.
Your access code
Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. No need to meet anyone in person — let yourself in whenever you arrive.

The building has a parking garage. Your unit's reserved space is marked 410 — just pull in and you're set.
Getting it warm
The tub on your private balcony is jetted, like a jacuzzi bathtub — it's separate from the hot tubs on the rooftop pool deck. It doesn't heat on its own, but here's the trick to get it warm:
Turn on both the hot and cold taps and fill the tub about 3/4 of the way.
Turn both taps off and let it sit for 15–20 minutes.
Turn on only the hot water and fill the rest of the way up.

Full building regulations are posted at the front desk. Repeated violations can result in a $500 USD fine to the unit — let's keep things easy for everyone.

Make your stay easier
Pre-arrival grocery stocking
We can have your kitchen stocked before you arrive, subject to availability. The cost is 20% of the grocery total, with a $35 USD minimum charge. Please request at least one week before arrival — just message us on Airbnb with your list.
Mid-stay cleaning
Your reservation fee already covers a cleaning after checkout. If you'd like a cleaning during your stay, it's available for $40 USD per day, subject to availability. Please request at least one week before arrival.
