Fees are set per property, based on its size, location and the services you want. After the assessment, we put a clear quote in writing.

  2. Setup

    Professional photos, listings in English and Spanish, your booking page and guidebook, and getting the home guest-ready.

  3. Active management

    Bookings, guest messages, check-ins, cleaning and maintenance, start to finish.

  4. Monthly owner reports

    Statements showing occupancy, income and expenses, so you always know how the home is doing.

  5. Ongoing improvements

    We adjust pricing and refine listings based on guest reviews and the market.
